Cannot connect to this ip problem

CANNOT CONNECT TO THIS IP


Does this means we are Banned?
But for what reason?
And I am not Hacking.
All of my shop mates has the same thing.

means your banned, if you think its wrong then ask a mod, dev or gm to check to see if your actually on the ban list, there has been some probs with ppl randomly being banned

 

It does mean you are banned, for a reason I do not know. I can't check the ban logs anymore.

 

If u get the "CANNOT CONNECT TO THIS IP" message means that u were banned, either you hack or u are playing in a cyber coffee some1 there used some kind of hack, and the IP were ban..

 

Talk to an AM (AionMaster), ask him if you're in the ban list.
If not, probably ports problem... (Happend to my friend, he had to talk with his internet supplier and forward AION's ports.)

hi, my username is honeymist and i am experiencing the same problem too, its saying that i cant access this game from this IP, im sure i havent broken any of the rules or hacked

i have the same prob and its because one of my customer duping. and i already PM all admin because the GM said so. but no one responding. can u help me too?oh and i know somebody that were banned because of duping. but he just get banned ID not IP >_<

It means you are banned and everyone else in the shop is banned. Nothing you can do about it.

Or you COULD blame the person for getting everyone in the shop banned.

 

<DIR>I have a char called Chisatu and she is a lvl 20 chanter, which I only made yesterday. I am aware of the accusation made against me about inperisonating the GMs nor have I contacted a GM on this forum. I am also aware of the rules when I applied to sign up for the game and I also did not have account for forum up until yesterday evening around 11pm last night. I was wondering if you have any evidence of any screen shots or of me impersonating a GM. I also apologise about the misundestanding caused with the whole situation. Although I feel like am being victimized, because I am not actual suspect.

Your only solution is to contact your ISP and change your static external IP address. When one person in the shop gets banned, the IP ban affects everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

<DIR>I was invited to Aion GMs after I asscended while I was still in Pandaemonium. I did not know that this legion was strictly for GMs, I thought it was an ordinary one for people who play the game like myself. I got invited by someone called attraxi or something like that, unfortunately i do not completely remember the name of the person who invited me to the legion
