Sounds like he didn't know he was no-target glitched. If he relogged and he's no longer glitched then it should be fine now. Don't know if he was speedhacking though from the ss

It looks like he's honestly sorry to me.. on top of that, it's not a hack, it's a bug. I don't see how he is speed hacking anyway. Post it in the reports section of the forums and admins/GMs will decide if he was "hacking" or not.
