    Seeing few players have these. Where's does it obtain?

    I don't see a NPC selling it, just Kahrun wings. It's not on Black Cloud Traders Shop as well.

    From event perhaps?

    I believe It drops from one of tiamaranta forts boss.if Im right, its the one at the bottom left in tiamaranta map.forgot the name but its a robot shape like.need pt or maybe aliance to kill it.
