Help!!! I lost my 300m in my warehouse

yesterday... i have 300m and put it in my warehouse so that i won't spend is because im conserving it to buy +15 items...and then today...before i log in, my friend told me that there is an announcement about the missing kinahs in the warehouse..so i check it out and found that my 300m was lost...i try to talk to the gm(Decibel) and told me what to do...and so i did it...

there is a bug . as far as i know in order to use account warehouse to store kinah u should have a trillion. at least that is what it took for me to use . but before i had that much it would say u cant use this option cause u dont have enough

some people have lots of kinah in thier warehouse and it doesn't disappear... like alente dont know why this affects some people and doesn't affect others cuz i still have like 5 m in my warehouse it hasnt dissappeared =3

We can't reimburse kinah without absolute proof that you lost it. We strongly advise against storing large amounts of kinah there. I've managed to confirm the bug does actually exist at least, since I've successfully reproduced it.

However, we don't have logs that say warehouse kinah poofed at such and such time. And because of possible, (probable,) abuse from those who would lie about missing kinah, we can't refund it just on your word.

The only condolences I can offer is that at least kinah is largely valueless here. Anuhart/taha sets are very competitive in pvp and are freely obtained in DP. I've personally been quite successful without donation armors. Kinah hoarders don't really have any advantage but a bit overinflated number.
