2X toll every start of the month isn't implemented anymore. Makes it hard for us voters.

 

yeah your certainly right. That why lots of old players are not playing anymore because of that.

Mmm I've done a rough calculation, at 10 points per vote 5 vote sites working properly, available every 12hrs or so.

It would take, keep in mind this is a rough estimated calculation, approximately 25 days of voting twice per 24hr period to make 2000 Vote points
so say you wanted a full set 5/5 pieces, again rough estimation, each at 2,000VP per piece 125 days of non stop voting.

My advice is to just play the game build up a craft (calculated 0 to 420 skill is about 68hrs total) make some High end noble gear sets sell them off on the Auction or trade a few pieces for what you want.
Or get a group together get some PvE gear like Primal (60 PvE right?) Go around doing Forts, PvP dungeons (if chantra Dredg works here) do the repeatable AP reward quests.
While waiting for the official game to drop 4.0 patch, when that happens most if not all private servers will lose a large portion of their players forcing them to either increase the reward for donating and voting or close up the server and when that happens you can either stay on retail or go find another P.server to play on.

This sort of thing happens all the time on private servers, the host (main administrator) will always make top priority on donations and making sure those who donate get what they want in order to keep the donations flowing.
sort of something like a cash cow. gotta milk it while you can, else it will run dry before you get your cereal.

While those who vote to get things and help put the server at the #1 spot & keep those who spend the money flowing into the server get knifed in the back, funny how that works out isn't it

So true and so sad.
Only a few games i have played actually had a decent system with votes and donations with everyone happy.
