4.0 Rider/Mech Class

So this has been released awhile ago, looks like this class was ignored since I've only seen people discussing about the bard and gunner class.
It's a pretty badass class, perhaps it'll use plate gears. I'm also thinking, this class will summon it's badass machine then rides it?
Bet it'll hit hard.

Yeah, Lunar Neo-Titanium alloy with active plasma super charged magic resist shielding, orbit remote aetheric lasers. A big AION class rare particle EDW anti arrmor gun and a superb offesive shield with Iridium Tungsten alloy clamps with raised block stats.

I doubt is like that but is totally unrealistic that a ranger can pierce it or some sorc can nuke it. You cant take it seriously somehow.

That's kind a class i want to play, not the Gay Bard and not the little bish gunner.

It seems a rider as a character inside a mech mount. So its either a character uses a machine to amplify its own power or tech version of an SM summoning a machine to do its bidding.

Maybe also a plate wielding magic user, so it'll use plate gear since gunner will use leather while bard will use cloth.

aim for the driver/pilot
glacial shard/arrow shower would be best for it

An exposed pilot like that is a typical bait for noobies. A machine like that must have active shields to keep him/her safe, otherwise is a lame design.

So, the Sorc is in the process of casting a Glacial Shard while the Rider is boosting toward its position charging its EDW weapon in a lance thrust fashion to perform a close melee kill on the confident OP sorc; yet the sorc fails to see just when The Glacial Shard is plummeting towards the target a green light distortion it seen in the cockpit area and the magic spell bounce and shatters harmlessly in the big mecha, there you go Active Shielding. Sorc is dead, blasted to smithereens by the Gun just before being impaled by it... a nasty performance.

Same for the ranger, no matter of its in hide, advanced sensors should pick the heat signature via IR or by Aether Leak sensor.

It will obviously be fun to play with and most likely will have to be balanced, sort of, to fit in this lore.

But in a personal opinion, is absurd to put mechas in here.
