Hi. This might be the result of the character being stuck.

Go to Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server , log in and go to Player Unstuck Request, then select the character which is still online. The request can be processed by a Senior AM although usually, when the character stays online, only a server restart will push the Unstuck Request through, meaning he'll have to send the unstuck request and wait for a server restart, without touching his account in the meantime or else the request will be overridden.
