    because when i switched to Windows 8 i cant play the game when i lunched the game only the logo Appears....What to do?? Pls help me.

    I think as of this moment aion is not yet supported in windows 8, tried it several times on 1 of my system with fully activated windows 8 and it wont start, also encounter an error. even updated .net framework 3.5-4.0+ still now working. also check directx files and place missing DLL but still no luck

    now or not working? if not i think i will go back to windows 7,,,or maybe windows 8 is not realy for gaming my other Games are not working to like COD,BF3 And ect.. T_T

    if i were you i'll stick with windows 7,then after a year upgrade to windows 8,it has so many compatibility issues in most games in the market right now,but i think its a great OS though.just like when windows7 was 1st released.

    um i have a fix for win 8 in the downgrade thread

    retail had an issue with it at 3.0.0.4 too, they fixed it at 3.0.0.8. the fix is basically few dlls coming from the 3.0.0.8 version. once gamez goes "3.7" u wont have to change anything

    i disagree, they pretty much ruined it by combining it with the tablet interface. they took away all the good features it had, including having multiple windows at once. also heavily monitored by microsoft and yea incompatibilities.

    the only real advantage is startup time and that alone is not good enough for me to bother
