Mail bug or WHAT???

just made like 1k major wind serums send them to my 2 chars and when i check NO MAIL and like 1k major wind serums are gone WTF is THAT??? and at the end i wont get my serums back do i???

 

Did you wrote the name right? And pls if you want refund post a screenshot

 

if you were sending them to your other chars, why didnt you just put it in the shared WH?

How are we going to know when we need to take a screenshot? Or do we have to take one every time we mail/use the warehouse/unequip items/equip items/trade? outy:

 

i have the same issue. But i sent the mail at the time of the server crash today maybe thats the problem

 

U are right man we have to take a sc for every single thing we do No way just fix the stupid bugs in this server so we can play properly

hmm what did u send through the mail i sent like 1k to my chars major wind serums and now i need like 1 week to make em again This is So lame I think that my head is going to blow from this error and crashes :X

Just be sensible; I've lost items in the past, I know how it is...

 

why dont you spearhead taking care of all the bugs and glitches the server has, im sure youll have a lot of ppl pming you and tellign you to hurry up and demand stuff back because of "bugs and glitches" so why dont oyu wait patiently and see what gets resolved

and ss cover your ass incase you do lose something valuable, no ss, the GMs wont investigate, its not hard to ss everything you have as proof you had it, there are a lot of scammers that try to say they lost something when they never had it, its easier for the GMs too if you show proof before demanding something back
