Am i banned?

So i finally booted up aion and once i logged in i got this message saying that i cannot access through this IP. I am currently in my uncles house and i have never played Aion here ever, and i highly doubt my uncle plays Aion so i highly doubt this IP would get banned. Anyways i have never ever done anything wrong, for example hacks or scams so i am pretty much clean. Could a GM/AM check if my account has been banned for any reason. Account name: omfg

Log in, and check the ban system, to know if the IP has been banned, I guess you can create a new account and see if it gets the same message?

yea the "3.7" is 3.5.0.6 in the retail launcher, thats if u have a clean client. yea if it was me id just wait the 1 day for the update and play in peace. if u really r desperate u can downgrade with this

that way u would minimize the amount of data to download to around 250mb for both downgrade and getting back up to 3.5.0.6

anyways if u can log the new account at least to server select, it means ur other account is banned, it is not IP related

 

Thanks your always helpful! How can i be banned? it says i have not done anything wrong on the website on my account.... its annoying is it because i have been inactive for almost a year?

 

If you can't access to the game with your account for the "IP message problem" and in the website there is not information on your ban system, then you have been banned for multi-voting.

 

Wtf? I have never multi voted ever..... the last time i ever voted was literally 1 year ago. This is annoying

yes account/ character deleted if mopre than 6months i think not logging in ur account ^^

 

Oh yea, more than 7 months of inactivity means account wipe.
