[Help] How to recover lost account password?

As mention.. anybody knows?

 

Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server thats what I found, but I don't get the mail... (waitin' since yesterday)

 

If you type your ID/PW uncorrectly for 5 times it'll say that you need to wait 15 mins until u can try again and then you'll see the option "Forgotten password?" or something of that type, after clicking on that you should see what Dariz has linked you. I did that like a week ago since i forgot my pass and it was send to me on my email. Dariz you might want to resend it again or contact the support.

 

This is Alente's job, he takes care of reseting passwords and stuff like that. However, he's away, holiday with family I think.

Me too, I've waited for 2 days, still I don't receive any mail

Nope, it's auto, he can't change the password of 66,692 members (atm) lol.

 

But if it's auto what takes so long?

 

Bugged I guess, a friend of mine has the same error with his forum account.

 

apparently the majority of non working pass resets were for yahoo email. alente does reset it manually for u if u really cant get the reset email, however ull have to prove to him that the account is really yours

 

How do I prove that it is my acc? (And how do I contact him?)

 

well knowing the current login helps a ton. if u dont have that, then it gets a bit complicated. they can check access IP logs and the IP the account was created from to see if there is a match. also helps if u have SS from the account or know all the chars on it etc. the more info the better
