    Lumiel, and siel, are both located in the U.s.a., somewhere close to Los Angeles.
    I guess you are setting up a ping reducer, right? select chicago as server location, it works much better then la (dont know why).

    I always remembered it being in Michigan, anyway I had more success using a Texas server (specifically wtfast tx4) than I did with Chicago.

    because it IS in michigan, by the way you can use a cmd command to know where your internet connection is being routed.
