    If you haven't log-in on this account for 6 months or so straight, not even on website then chances are your account has been wipe due to inactivity.

    If it actually got hack and it has been 1 year since then, I doubt if there's anything else we could do at this point.

    I logged in 3 months ago, and no problems about account, only hacked, no items, but all of my skills in the same place

    There really isn't anything that is going to be done here.

    Seeing how people use the word 'hacked' regardless of the situation the only way to really lose ownership of your account is by sharing it that is how items go bye bye. They do not mysteriously just vanish.

    It is unfortunate but we will not be restoring anything to this account.
