My Abyss Rank is not updating..

I've been waiting for my abyss rank to update from rank 1 to 1 star for weeks.
And still don't get any result, so im asking if 1.3m abyss points is for 1 star or should I need to contact someone to update my abyss rank manually.

Last I checked (siel) asmodian

star 1 was 3.4 million ap.

It this isnt your server/ race then i cant help you writing it down might help =3.

 

Last time I checked, here is the amount of ap you need for stars:
1 star-2.8m AP
2 star-3.2m AP
3 star-3.8m AP
You can see 4 star-Governor in the abyss rank.

 

You elyos have such lower ap ranks >_<....I think its cus there's so much more of you

 

That's cause Asmodians have much more population than elyos.

 

If asmodians where more populated Elyos would have the higher ap i would think

Lower amount of people = we get more kills and more ap while others are higher amount of players = less ap and kills .....or is my math backwards....i play ely and asmo and its way easier to find pvp as an amso not to mention there are always about 50 more elyos online than asmodians. (at least when i check).

 

I based my conclusion on a bar below my abyss points,maybe its bug?

I play on siel server and Im an asmodian.

 

It's not a bug, just that players have a higher amount of AP than the one it is in the Abyss Rank Information window, there can just be 1k players in the rank, 300 of them 1-Star Officers, so the 300 ones with less ap in the rank would be 1-Stars xd
