    I can't progress from 1st step.. "Order: Speak with Killios about proving the competence of Elyos Daevas."
    If i go to Killios, there is no quest in progress. What i have to do?

    i think that quest is bugged, and u have to finish the quest at Kuthos ,instead of killios. So go to Kuthos,he will finish ur quest

    The name is Kutos, type /where Kutos in sarpan and it will mark him on the map You have to go up a ramp (you spoke to him before speaking to the dungeon master)
