all you have to do is look at the bottom of the main forum page, and itll show you active ppl on forums, and under that, itll show you everyone who was active within 24 hours on the server. All you do to contact a GM or AM, look for their BLUE or YELLOW name. Then click on their name, itll bring you to their profile page, and then look under their profile picture, ifthey have one, and youll see a row of buttons and one will look like this ">>" click that then click on "contact info" itll bring up to suggestions, and jujst click on "send private message to xxx" then just fill in the needed info, like for the title your problem, then write in the body why your pming them

i cant help you with that, it was a gm WHO BANNED YOU, FOR SOME REASON, Youd have to PM a GM or AM for them to check the ban logs and see the reason why you were banned, look at my previous post, showed you how to PM someone incase you needed some help doing so
