Dodge dodge

Yesterday sunday afternoon i just forgot to screen shot this 2 ashmo rangers in hanarkand i still remember IGN: Noobweak. i just find it curious coz its been too many times i've been encounter them i've never seen ranger who can dodge all my skills even my illusion chain without even buff or even im not trap or blind?well i have 2500 accuracy with foods but even with a medium accuracy how could he dodge 5-6 skills at a time? the attack speed is mch faster than woc2 that's my observation even some elyos rangers notice there skill animation.my set is ABG plate set, Eac Access, Gs sword DDG fuse to HAC. this is not QQ thread or snooping how they do ..

That's not my point, if you see i meet legit rangers who are really good in there class. im just asking how can he evade even he didnt used buff or trap on me ?like illusion chain dodge? too many times i forgot you party to them in Heiron right?

 

My shopmate reported about a glad name "Lilgaga" who has mantra all the time even his groupmate chanter already dead..

 

2500 acc is not enough

 

2500 Accu is normally enough.

However, there are some builds that will give you more evasion, still there is no true 100% evasion rate. Either way, it is possible that the player simply got lucky that many times in a row to dodge the attacks. Unfortunately screenshots would not be enough to prove that they are using any form of attack speed modifier outside of the buffs they have as there would be no way to time the attacks.

As for the dodge rate? There isn't really anyway to modifiy the character stats to the point of having 100% evasion as that is controlled by a formula server side to determine the exact chance of dodging vs hitting.
