    you can't buy NCC in NPC , only Antro's Stuff .

    They were never meant to be sold by a NPC, it is used to be in credit shop so NO. No free NCC for now, maybe in 5.0 NCC will be available in NPC who sells them. XD

    careful with those antro sets... its only a bug that you can buy them and they are most likely getting deleted later so dont complain when you've wasted all your courage and insigs
