Account doest not exists anymore

Hi, today i tryed to log and i dont have my account... i cant log, speech that no longer exists! What i have to do?

 

If you haven't log-in on this account for 6 months straight or more, not even on the web site then your account has most likely been deleted due to inactivity.

 

feels weird though judging by the fact that his forum registration date was last month and the problem occured today. feels like it was a new account. find it hard to believe somone who hasnt played for 6 months would make a forum account 18+ days ago and only today post that his account is gone

 

There could be a few reasons why like:

- He didn't needed to go to forums for any reason until now, so he just created this forum account
- He had forum account and somehow lost / can't access it so he made a new one.

Either way, it's something only him can confirm.

A newly created account disappearing out of nowhere is just as weird, if not even weirder.

 

yea but the timing is weird xD the usual order would be u lose an account so u make a forum account to post u lost it (same day usually) or u have a forum account that is 6+ months old that u used back when u played. its weird that some1 who doesnt play makes a forum account they never post on 3-7 weeks be4 trying to login to find their account gone xD

I'm a new player, I started to play 1 month ago, i just have log out... so when i tryed to log in after 1 hours says: incorrect password/login or account does not exist, i dont know why this happened, i can acess my account.

can you login to the website? check caps lock, num lock or keyboard language settings

 

I cant log in website, thanks for the advice, but since yesterday i'm trying to log on game/web and i checked everything, i really dont know y this happened, seriously...

if your account still exists, it will mail u the info. otherwise it got deleted/lost for some reason or another in which case i would pm Alente your email and old login information so he can check the database manually

maybe this is a side effect of the disappearing quest thingy. I mean, if as smartik says some quest files went missing, his account info could be missing/broken too. I'm no expert, mind me, but maybe some files were missed the last time something was changed due to a faulty something XD

But, y my password changed? Its a issue on the database?

 

probably something screwed up with the last update, maybe database corruption. either way should be fine now
