Asmos are in Altgard, few remain in Pandaemonium.

Server is high rate, even not knowing what to do you can reach lvl 60 in 2 days.
On lvl 60 you can pvp, craft, do boss raids, fortress raids, join the zergs, scout for legions, and dont know what else.

The money part is up to you, the latest and more powerful sets are available through money, is no strictly necessary, there are some that managed to have everything through planned trades. And of course never stop voting, you can make credits through that.

10-15 people? you sure you are playing Gamez?

ok ok, it is MUCH More PPL :DDD but OK so tell me, what when I reach 60, should do to get Gear? Voting, Broker. But what about crafting, does crafting rates also increased?

Broker does not have that many stuff lately, but as a starting point is valid. problem is you need Kinah (game currency) to purchase what is there, and the prices while not that expensive as it was time ago, still rakes in the millions. So, you need to lvl up your gathering and aether tapping skills to obtain resources to craft, the easiest things are cooking and alchemy crafting; the ingredients are not that hard to get and the results are good enough, and you can sell them in the broker and make money that way. The you can try making weapons or armor, those crafts are insanely hard to do, in my opinion at the very least.

The other choice is to get to know an easy going newby friendly legion that can show you the ropes and help you with instances and raids to get yourself geared enough to jump to fight in PVP. Also in group you can try to get fortresses and gain medals that will allow you to buy lvl 55 PVP gear.

PVP is the final end game here, the only thing that provides is Abyss points that are worthless unless you wish to climb ranks. Also if you are doing fortresses you will need Abyss points to buy the gear plus the medals... Note worth is that only some PVP gear are available by normal means, the highest more powerful ones are either obtainable through the credit shop, a.k.a. money, or by trading, but usually those trades require you have a lot of stuff, or of comparable quality.

Another choice is to go to the Arenas, which are doable after lvl 55 and you gain medals and other forms of currency, they pit you against other players, but whether you win or loose you gain that currency either way. It takes a lon long time to get the quantity needed to purchase the stuff, but is a choice where you dont rely in anyone but yourself.

Vote is advisable to do always, eventually you will get an amount that will allow you buy stuff in there, unless you plan to throw your credit card in the fry.

Lets discuss that later, shall we? So so As af as I understood, the best way to get gear, is to Craft items, for instance cooking and potions, and go to do raids? am I right?

Made it myself, got the video from youtube, then after effects and Photoshop, in that order.

Yes... Even if sometimes is disappointing you should do all the stuff the game has to offer here, since is a Pserver some stuff are easier while others dont, retail is much more unforgiving, slow and plain frustrating.

Cooking and potions is the easiest and more profitable in a short time. You could start armor smiting at early levels, but no one would buy a non eternal armor... and manufacturing eternal class armor takes an eternity (oh my a redundancy!).
Doing PVP raids only if you have a group to help you and abyss point feed you, otherwise you ll die of one hit and it ll be a frustrating experience.

In my opinion if you are a sociable, non idiotic person you should find a friendly legion... Its difficult here, but those do exist.
