    this story just makes me sad because this scenario happens in real life all the time...
    A criminal robs/scams someone out of their money/possessions, threatened with the fact that the victim will turn to the police (which are the GM here) he just laughs at the victim not believing he would do such a thing...
    later when he is persecuted and of course he is almost completely oblivious to his crime, and instead of understanding his punishment he just becomes angrier and will likely just commit more crimes after his punishment... just kinda sucks that there are so many people like this in our world...

    Still, almost no one of us are understanding you, Administrators are scammers? Do you know they can have all the stuff they want to in game? How GMs can be scammers?
