if you used any other than this, it is outdated and you will likely get errors while loading the game. there is also a chance you did not actually overwrite the files you were supposed to since user account control restricts access to program files. check that the files in your bin32 folder were overwritten

 

Yes i got the file from your FAQ and i exracted it to this folder C:\Users\john\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\NCsoft

 

exactly, you did it wrong lol. read what it says. you extracted it in your start menu? should go here

C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion (if you use a 32bit operating system)
C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion (if you use a 64bit operating system)
