what happened to my vashbow,,?????

what happened to my vashbow,,
I've managed to combine my vashbow with primalbow,,
but after I change the char and use my ranger again the primalbow effect is disappear, and only vashbow ,,, :crying:
whether this bug? GM help me,,

 

Sadly, this is a bug known by most people and happens by chance. What you can do next time you fuse your weapon, do not log-out afterwards. Equip the weapon and stay for at least 10minutes then you can log-out.
About your lost bow. No sufficient proofs like screenshot or video then no action. Be more cautious next time and make it a habit to take screenshots or video of every items-related you do in-game like trading, fusing, remodelling, transferring servers, buying items from the Credit shop, etc..

 

if you put it that way, then the amount of time that is safe is whatever "gameserver.periodicsave.player.items = " is set to inside ...\game\config\default.config in the server files, even though it should technically force save on logout

either way with the glitch where the fuse unsticks on relog (and potentially this one), it is generally advised to equip the fused weapon or store it in warehouse/pet bag and then relog. this basically forces the server to recognize that the item is different now and saves it as such
