Since patch - Aion runs like crap

Since the recent patches with the server which i have no idea why the would, and i havent changed any hardware my aion runs horrible. Its laggy and juttery all the time.
Hardware specs:
AMD Quad 2.3Ghz
8GB Ram
ATI Radeon 5650 512MB

No matter what settings it runs horrible any help would be great

 

Don't have a problem atm. Runs smoothly with me.

Core i7 940 2.92 Ghz
3GB RAM
Nvidia GTX460

 

Yea im really confused, it was running fine, now its like impossible to play, sometimes the character models dont even load im going to do an aion repair see if that helps

 

ya, sometimes the repair does wonders, and if that doesnt work, worse comes to worse, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling, i know its a huge pain but sometimes it has to be done to completely fix whatever probs there are that repair failed to fix

fix...fix...fix...there is not fix for this damned disconnect from server issue....I've done everything. Uninstall, repair, delete bin repair....everything anyone has tried I have to. It's not out here that the problem is coming from!

 

My net could be the problem but its probably the server over my connection, but i dont know where the server is based. I do get crazy pings sometimes.

 

server is most likely based somewhere in the US. your crazy pings happens when theres a big load or stress on the server, your connection has to cover a huge distance in order to connect, and you prolly go through a lot of hubs to get here, so you prolly suffer data and packet loss, that also can be a reason why you lag, and get ping spikes and d/c . I know i got the same thing when i played on a UK server for a ps for a game i was playing with my brother in law. The closer you are to the actual server location, the better your connection is

 

Yea i just wondered where, since i have played loads of PS's in the States and alot of retails in the states also since i have many friends. I tend to have a prob when there hosted in Cali around that area ill get 200+ ping most of the time.

Well I must confirm, since the update from yesterday the server is a bit laggy. My ping is good but sometimes I have a big time lag and still dont know what it is.

Further it couldnt be my hardware so I guess the server should be restarted or some kinda that.

2x ATI Readon HD 5770 @ 2GB

And by the way I cant regenerate my HP when I sit down. It´s buged for about 10 minutes now.

 

Might be server sided or Client sided.

Well we can't tell.

CryEngine Should be flawless on Mid/High End Rigs.

tbh it also plays smoothly on Built In GFX Cards

just need to turn down some effects on graphic options though.(bare the 5fps even on low settings while getting zerged)

 

LOL not being rasist here but how the fk does a person from PH afford a pc with specs like that when 99% of u guys play in shops.

For the most part. Any one with half a brain and both their thumbs can build their own PC for at least 1/2 of what it would cost to buy pre-built machine from say Alienware(Dell).
