    how do I get my accaunt? ..... I was wrong I did not know that it is forbidden to sell accaunt, I had not read the rules, I did not know I'm sorry, please give me a chance .... I swear I will not do it

    You should have read the rules before starting to play. It's not staff's problem that you broke one of the rules and got banned. I don't think they are going to unban you or give you another chance.
