How long does it take your PC to launch Aion?

Fully loaded into login screen: 35-42 seconds

CPU: AMD FX-8150 8 cores @ 4.6 Ghz
HD: Raid0 x2 60GB SSD ocz vetext 3, Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16gb ddr3 1600
CrossFireX 2x AMD Radeon 7870 4gb

Regardless of the amount of Memory you've installed in your system, 8gb-16gb-32gb it doesn't make much different. However, save $$ and buy yourself a SSD drive will make a huge difference, a way faster to loaded the game and game plays as well.

 

sorry for a nab question, but lets say you buy an ssd like urs, lets say 60bg, and gamezaion is now 22GB-23gb, then i only have almost 38gb left for other games or will it make the client compress so it can occupy less space???considering ssd is much expensive than the normal hdd.....many many thanks in advance :love:

 

Yes, what you're concerning is true, I have 2x 60gb ssd though. The game can't be compressed, whatever size of it after the installation, that's it. I do suggest to save and buy 2 ssd. As the current price, it's around 70$ for each, dropped a lot since it was first came out . However, do have both drives setup under RAID mode though for the advantage of faster speed. So, 120GB - 30GB = 90Gb..you still have plenty of space to run other games as you please. ^^
