Character Selection Screen Crash :<

Hello everyone, i've encountered a problem me and some mate of mine we're in a studio and he decided to kick me out of it by changing his studio's settings and i've got stuck in a void place where i cannot use any skills nor items and after my logout yesterday now I tried the Player Unstuck Request but nobody answered yet...

*Also when i click the character and then press the "Start" button. It freezes for few seconds and after that it quits the game.

Any solutions? :sad:

try to online when there's a GM and WH!

 

Technically the unstuck request would have worked if you didn't try to login. It moves your character to the starting point when they process the requests (after server restart mostly). Trying to log your char after submitting the request without waiting breaks the request, so generally you have to wait till server restarts, submit another request, then wait for another restart xd (unless they process them more often now)

 

Oh and by the way it looks like you're online ingame. Can any staff member go online and kick him out? Maybe that will help..

 

Oh atm i'm logged on my account making another char , but *To Smartik1* i've sent a unstuck player to them last night and i logged out and i only tried to log in few hours ago and when i wrote my acc and pass it said that "You are already online." and then i wrote them again and logged in but even so only on that specific character it won't allow me to connect to. :O I've sent another player unstuck and i'm going to wait until server restart and that will be attt? 00:00? xD

 

Already suggested that last time, but Puddles said it is impossible to kick people off when they are stuck like this, since technically they aren't really on them.

So the last thing which i can do is to wait for Server Restart huh? meh...

Hey , isn't there any admin which can help me with this problem ? Cos i really want to play on my char :\ .
