when I make new characters, they get no quests?

Hoping a GM can help me. I made a new character on Siel server but when I enter the server, the starting quest never shows up. I tried making multiple new characters, in two separate classes, to try to figure out what was wrong (Elyos, btw). Logged out and back in, restarted client. Nothing. Can't play without initial quest line, you know? New toon's name is Hesperios, though like I said, any toon I make seems to be borked.

 

Confirmed that Campaigns are buggy, devs have been notified x.x

If you get to Level 9 the Ascension campaign should still appear for you to advance character class as per usual.

 

Thanks for the quick reply. I logged into Luciel and made new character with no problem. Realized that when I tried to make new toon on Siel, I never got the opening video thing. Maybe that has something to do with it? I can't get to Ascension quest cuz there are literally no new beginning quests for my new toons on Siel.

 

Killing mobs to get to level 9 should make the ascension quest appear on Siel.

 

I'm pretty sure if not even 100% sure that ALL quests are gone. I've walked past at lest 10 NPCs which have campaign quests and normal quests + dailys. I can't take ANY of them. Doubt he will be able to complete ANY quest at all.

 

Abandon a current quest that you already have and daily/normal quests should re-appear.

 

Okay, I'll try your suggestion to kill mobs and hopefully at lvl 9 Ascension will show.
