My Account cannot connect help!!

I NEED HELP FROM THE GMS FAST!! i was trying to log on my account but it keeps on saying you are already logged in for 2 times then i enter the server selection screen after that nothing happens i will only disconnect in a several minutes?

can any gm look through this??

i tried to log in my brothers account it went in smothly... please help me... D:

searched the forums for similar problems but it looks like i am the only one having this problem....

tried different fixes but still i cant connect..... D:

can somebody reply? if they have the same problem....

it was like the server crashed only for my account not for the others...

The problem looked like this

Already Logged In(7) 2 times

Server Selection >> you are disconnected or i just stay there for minutes...

What was the last character you last logged onto?

 

i last looged into my Siklaburms Ranger.... help plss..

and i just noticed that my sorc is lvl 55 not 54....

I think siklaburms your character is stucked or something PM an admin and seek for their help, thats the sanest thing to do now...

Hi ya I Get the same problem!!!! nothing has been done i have a complete set of ABG items as well so let me know how you fix your problem because none seems to be able to fix mine an other with the same problem as you

 

i think they are ignoring us right now? i had sent them PM's and still no reply from them

 

Im not saying this will work , Bu you can try shutting down your PC completely. When it is Unplug your modem/router and let it sit for about 2 mins. Plug your modem/./routed back up and wait for all your siginal lights to appear again. And then pwr up your PC again. Try to log in again. Sometimes your IP gets stuck in the data login database. Rebooting your modem may force it to drop your IP.

i have tried that and i let my PC and modem sit for about 3 hours and still i cant login.... and when i try to login newly created account it will login smoothly so i think its my account that is having a mid-life crisis right now.... T.T

 

Try asking Carl if he can reset it for you w/out whiping your chars.

Thx Vic it didn't work , I wonder why is it so difficult to reset our accounts to be able to log in!!! its been DAYS!!!! and nothing gets resolved for my case

 

wipe? T.T... i think we only need a clean server reboot for all the players who are experiencing this same problem... and tried to pm Carl, Karissa, Alente, Albull once or twice already but no reply... can you tell them about this? T.T

i never tried it , but i saw a loggoff on main site when i had logged my account on

 

after i check my credits on the main site I always log off D:

Nope, still nothing here. I can log into my husband's account fine, and he's playing on his account right now, so I know it's nothing to do with rebooting my machine or anything with our router. It has to be the particular account itself.
