ived been hack GM pls help

when i log in my this morning all my items are gone .. i don't know why.. i never give my account details to anyone.

i lost abg acce (2 rings corondum, 2 earings corondum, 1 abg necklace corondum, 2 abg swords, ancient spirit wings, APP set plus 1.5k credit. and etc.)

my user name is: brrotam

my character IGN are: pototskie, brrotam, potots, totspo, gamays, maygam, ambrotts, dickskie

kind sir can i ask the list of people trading this day april 12 and 13 2013 so that i may know who's the who.


please help.... and thank you in advance aion support team.

P.S. im not asking for the retrieval of my items. I JUST want to KNOW the WHO.

Maybe you log-in in a shop then the computer you played have a Key Logger software, that's why your account has been hacked.

Your items can't disappear on their own. Further more, you can't just get hacked. You either used a program with a keylogger, visited a fake Gamezaion site or shared your account.

Players are responsible for keeping their accounts safe. I'm sorry.

and for your Account , your account your Responsibility. if your playing in cafe's surely you've been hack by a key logger

 

It would be possible to trace the account in the scripts but it would be far too complicated. What would you do with the hacker's account anyway?

Also you shared too much info about your account already and you did it without a problem, to be honest I'm not so surprised that you were hacked.

 

Thats correct. Anyway, we are not able to check your trade logs, such things do not exist at all.
I'm sorry but we are not going to refund/replace any lost items.
