help me please ^^

i cant still get the daily kahrun in sarpan and cant continue the quest </Steps for the Spear/>
im on the 3rd step now, done crafting the quest item. but still cant proceed?
when im talking to kahrun he just give me the shabby ring. and that shabby ring is for the 4th part of the quest?!
hope gm's will fixed this and help me. thanks in advance.

 

Uehara did amazing guide for the spear, you should check it out. However I dont see a point why shouldn't you be able to continue the quest. Try pming her or some game master, afaik its not bugged and it should work fine.

what i mean is i cant return the quest to kahrun and cant proceed there is no blue arrow in his head or a sun icon on his head. and i got all those what i nee.
he just give me the shabby ring. when i try to drop the ring he will give me another ring. T.T
