Studio owner question!

Hello..people how to surrender a studio?i wanna give up that studio...how to do that??thank you for answers

 

You can't xd Just bid for a house, when you win you upgrade to the house instead of the studio. If you ever lose your house, you get your studio back.

 

If its because you're bidding on another house, when you upgrade you automatically abandon the studio.

If its just to abandon it, then I don't see why, or honestly know how

You can't because honestly there is no downside whatsoever to owning one. Just...don't go there? You do not pay any fees at all for having one. If you want something better, bid on a house.

studio=apartment,you can decorate it with furniture,paints,and especially guestbloom and heartbloom for item like godstones or wherever....or you can obtain and that noble oriel wings but is to hard that mission to collect that crystals,that's why i bought that studio but when i see what hard is it to get that crystals,i abandon the mission!

 

Besides looking cool and having a place to live you also get village tasks to further improve your surroundings. A lot of people strive to get a mansion or estate because they prevent soul sickness. Anything other than a studio has a weekly upkeep fee (you can pre-pay this fee for up to a month, if you don't pay you lose the house)

 

Question is pretty much answered: There is no way you can abandon your already purchased studio, but that wont stop you from bidding on a house if you wish to. Thanks Smartik and Vildiil.
