2 Ancient problems with items bought on webshop and with an unjust ban

Hi AM's! Im playing this server for 4 years, and near of 2 years ago, me and my friend have 2 problems.
1 - i bought a GS on webshop, and he disappered from my inventory, and in the next day, i bought more 3 same GS and disappeared too. I ask Alente about refounds, but for 2 years i have no answer. Im w8ing this answer 2 years.
2 - My friend was banned by "Teleport Hack". An asmo acused him from it. But, never existed teleport hack. All he made was log out from server whyle flying, and it's totally possible to do. So, my friend disappears and asmo though he teleported using a "Teleport hack" what never existed.

All i want with this post is refounds 4k credit vip by GS disappeared, cuz' i'm w8ing too much time for it (2 years), and ask you about my friend banned, cuz' he dont used any hack, just logged out from server while flying... I have proofs.

I'm very sorry but unless you can provide any valid proofs there isn't much we can do for you.

 

My advice is that next time you buy in game shop not in website. Also if you donated maybe that picture will help them or if you have any ss of your buying?

you been waiting 2 years? obviously can't help you without proof so I don't see why you would actually wait 2+ years for a reply silly if you ask me.

In Truth, i wanted for solution at the same moment. Without answer by ticket, and by a deleted post on forum (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f68/[missing-items]-bought-item-shop-70862/index6.html#post900577), 3 months later, in 2011-Aug-13, i asked Alente about my GS's and days after, about the ban of my friend. Unfortunatelly, the video prooffing is possible log out from server while flying is crashed. I dont have how to show you by video, but if you try to log out from server while flying, u can see what my friend did. The proof used against him was this video: Dragonbal Teleport - YouTube. In this video, if u pay attention, my friend just disappears whyle flying, because he just log out from server.
About GS's, i have the SS proofing the purchase. Two years ago, was impossible buy items inside game. Only webshop. I wait 2 years because i played other games, and stayed playing GamezAioN secondarily. But, at the same time, i asked Carl and Alente about it, but he dont answered me. The SS's showing it in game was losted. But i have the SS showing the purchase on website. I tried to talk with Alente and other GM's on forum, in game, by ticket, by skype, and never got a response.

 

My advice? Shoot a PM To Cami/Puddles and see what they say, although I doubt their response will be any different from mine. Even though you have some pictures. However, the fact that you bought the godstones has nothing to do with the fact that you didn't actually receive them. Me? I hardly believe that is possible.

First off, edited screenshots are nothing.

Secondly, My only question here is. Why has this taken you almost 2 full years to bring up or back up?

Third? Bans are only dealt with in the ban system. Again this is yet another 2 year old ban almost (which was issued after the date we moved to the Ban System itself) so! We would need a Ban ID which can be found on the User CP of GamezAion.com after you log in on the left hand side of your screen, last link in the side bar.

Now, not to mention that you have also while shown edited shots of both Alente and Carl having sent you a PM. You have not displayed the contents of those messages, which you can do if you feel they are private in a PM to Myself, Camila, or Vildiil.

So! If you wouldn't mind providing unedited screenshots, and the contents of those two PM's. The ban itself? I would require a Ban ID as I have said above.

Meanz, i truth, i received all 4 godstones. But see. I bought an ABG Greatsword to my templar, and 1 godstone to equip it. And i equiped. But, when i login next day, the GS was without godstone's effect. Because a bug. So, i bought more 1 gs to equip on my Greatsword. And bugged again, and again... Four Times! I lost 4 GS. So, i decided contact the staff to talk about my trouble, but i dont received any attention or any answer from their two years ago. So, the post especially created to it, http/forum.gameznetwork.com/f68/%5...tml#post900577, to report bugs and ask for refunds was deleted. I though the better way was w8 quiet, stay playing, and hope for the moment i could receive attention.

 

No aswer again... cuz it i waited for 2 long years...

Really think an Am should close this thread and make Pullman Pm a senior AM as puddles said.
