    Are there any other benefits for vip than just higher rates?
    Thinking about buying it, but do not know if it is worth

    Yes, you can also trade every item in-game with VIP abg, acd and other PVP sets and credit items also quest items and a ton of other items that you can't trade without vip.

    However you can't trade fused weapons, even if you are VIP must be unfused in order to trade.

    actually, if you buy vip you will be able to trade "untradeble" items (e.g. pvp items)

    As stated above. There are some items that are not tradeable without VIP. Even if you have the items.pak, you still can't trade them without it. Other than Increased drops and higher rates, you get the privilege to trade ALL items in-game.
