Oriel wings question!

Hello i wanna ask if this quests are available in oriel and wich npc start the quest,i talking about this quest:Leaves of Four season.... wich gives us a pair of wings(Gauon's wings lv 20-Oriel wings of glory lv 40-Oriel wings of Peace lv 30) and this quest:And the Leaves That are Green.... wich give us a pair of wings lvl 50 called Oriel Wings of Victory,and im thinking if are good for skin and look like noble oriel wing or wing of feather or ancanus wings????are available this quests cuze i search them in oriel but i think miss cuze i dont find the npc ho start them?!!!!!ty for answers

 

It works, its in oriel/pernon city, its not too far from the teleporter.

 

where mate i dont find the npc ho start that two quests believe me and i search for this!pls tell me the name of this 2 npc's ho start this two different quests?thank you

 

Not sure if it is the same here but apparently on retail that quest has an upper level cap and level 60s can't take it. The asmo equivalent is this
Turn, Turn, Turn - Quests - Aion
and the different level versions of it. I checked the retail npc when I wanted to do it and the quest wasn't there xd

no, they do not...not worth gettign them unless you're bored or for collection purposes
