Make sure you ncsoft client is up to date and it does help to post your error message as stated in the above post.

hmm, so you can log into the website using your login info, but the game isnt letting you in?

 

u have to download gamezaion launcher and launch aion from there.
dont launch aion from ncsoft launcher

since you speak spanish, and seem to be having trouble with english, you can try the spanish section, maybe itll be a lil easier for you

You cant use normal launcher... you must use special gamezaion-launcher (launcher = program that starts Aion)!
