Churn or attrition is part of any game. There are people quitting everyday for any number of reasons and people joining everyday also. It doesn't add any credibility to your post since you obviously don't have any facts or figures to back up that claim.

No evidence that the admin will gain anything if they do what you ask,
No evidence that the admin will lose anything if they don't.

Iif you don't want to play on this server, noone is forcing you, but making ridiculous claims is not going to get you what you're looking for.

 

The Arena of Discipline works perfectly fine and you are free to join anytime you want.

There are enough items you can buy with the Insignias.
