AP wipe

Since we already had a kill reset and the kinah rate reduction, can't you also wipe the AP?

Unlike the kill rankings where people had to actually "work" up their way at some point (zerg or not),
the AP rankings are FULL of people who massivly abused the respawning relicts npcs without any punishment.

To consider all the people who bought gear that require rank1...
either have the restriction on the sets removed for like 4 weeks, so people get some time to make it back to rank1
or have like everyone above 1million AP reduced to down to 1million.

When you are at it make sure to fix the AP calculation to be based on rank and rank only.
I am(and I guess I'm not alone in this case) really tired of the big group of level 55 rangers that won't lose any AP if they die and gain massive when they shoot a single arrow at you.
The "but they can only wear ABG"-argument is pretty invalid for rangers that run with the zerg, since it's like no difference at all when you play the fastest class on the battlefield.
And even if... a dying governour only losing 16k AP instead 120k while gaining 70k for killing a rank1 random will only laugh at dying through weaker gear all day long.
Also I can imagine all the people being pissed for chasing a high rank player all over the map to gain like 3-6k AP and after wondering what went wrong.
So I'd really like to see it based on the current ranking alone.

Although it is a good idea, if doing a startover in rankings to do everything at once. There is already enough mayhem at the moment with people panicking over kinah reductions and kill counts. Perhaps it is better to schedule it with the next update or infact the next kill count reset scheduled which was said to be every 2months.

I'm with him on this one. Players have been getting high ranks in a matter of a day or two just cause of the relics. Might be good if we get everyone down to Rank 1. Although it won't matter until the NPCs that exchange relics are permanently disabled. Or they might just do it again.

 

What is coming with the next Update?
PVP Equipment wipe?
PVE Equipment wipe?
Or maybe Credits-wipe?

Sorry but, this Server is untrustworthy, when the Staff is removed my earned work!

Oh, and something to stop zergs ... like jail or ban. And perm ban all 55 rangers.

 

u can find some lvl55 ranger with high rank in legion kawanua(elyos)...

 

it's their choise to be lvl 55

what they can do is to change the ap rates.

 

Well normally they would level up at some point, even through PVP only. But instead they are spending lots of time dying a gazillion times so they can keep lvl 55 just for the purpose of really easy AP.
Maybe they should consider removing to level down by losing EXP or even losing EXP through dying at all... makes hardly any sense on a high rate server anyway in my opinion.

 

I agree with everything but the level 55 problem isn't a bug or glitch or some type of hack it's naturally how the game runs even on official. you get no AP cause your 5 levels above that level 55 just like when you kill a mob a few levels under your level you also don't gain ap. Yeah I know its suck that they get extra ap and lose no ap but, they do lose ap just not alot however there are level 55's on both factions so I'm sure they get owned once in a while by fighting other level 55's which they will lose AP too (normal amount of ap).

Just look at this way to stay on level 55 ( after all killing players gives xp) you got to constantly spend hours killing your self to lose of xp so you don't proceed to level 56 and so forth also they miss out on the level 60 gear and skills so it's not like they got an advantage they only got advantage in AP big deal it's just AP, it won't ruin the server lmao and thank god only rangers do it cause there paper ( die so fast ) <3.

 

It sure ruins my urge to PVP when the Governour (who should be one of the strongest Players in general, if not - why not remove all the AP rankings and shit?) is a guy that only runs around in the Gelkmaros zerg all day using Mau and gives me 12k AP when I happen to find him somewhere alone and who doesn't have to worry about dying even once. That's the thrill of being high rank... always being conscious and aware to survive wherever you go. I used to go explicit after high ranks and playing high ranks always had another feeling in PVP since people would always target you first. Nowadays I first gotta check if the guy I'm targeting isn't a Ranger that might only be lvl55 and so kinda would be a total waste of time goin after.
And like I said before, stop bringing up the "they don't have all the skills and can't use better gear"-argument. There's a reason for ALL lvl 55 players in the rankings being rangers...
And comparing retail pvp with gamez pvp made ur argument even worse.
It shouldn't be that way at all or all the rankings are simply obsolete.

 

another good reason to wipe ap and remove rank restriction is because

feeding ap is bannable

how are some ppl supposed to get rank when they dont have pve or abg sets?

Having a high AP on a private server with huge rates and possible, ( Relic ) abuse doesn't make you a good skilled strong player, It just means you spend most your time zerging in gelk and trust me any one can zerg its easy when you got numbers with you espically for rangers as they got Mau and instant long-range skills. 97% of the players with "high-ranks" don't even last 5-10 seconds in 1 vs 1 fight/duel because there so use to zerging and relying on help by there faction they don't know what to do - well atlease most of them.

Unless you can get Governor without zerging in gelk then you can your self pro or whatever but if you get governor while zerging then get out of here. I personally duo with my boyfriend and I can make up to 4-5m a day in belusan/inngi that's just with myself and my bf I could easily get governor but Honestly I don't want that rank cause its to dramatic and you constantly got to spend hours online a day to keep that rank and I have a life.


Note: Both of the Governors on each faction both abused there way to governor anyway by relics which give like 5m ap each Ancient crown. there videos proof, etc I'm sure they will be banned very very soon and trust me there shit players I have literally killed them in 10 seconds on 2 vs 10.

what ever they do, as i long i enjoy this server unlike i enjoy official... i like easy ones, cause in official you get all your times and hours but nothing you get back... heheh

even they wipe the AP, or reduce, it can be earned thru balaur... and that is what im doing... heheh

 

I use to grind on them but found out killing lowbies gives more AP XD
