Lost all my kinah in 2 days? wtf

Err ok this is getting ridiculous. I started playing on this server couple weeks ago and earned my kinah thru hard work and quest and even voting for this server. Yesterday i decided to put about 16million into shared warehouse hoping i can transfer some to my alt. Couple hours later server crashed i lost all the kinah i just put in not long ago. So i said to myself fine. Is ok since i'll still be able to manage with about whatever i kinah i have left on my main char. Now when i went to a teleporter and tried to port, my Aion crashed. Logged back in thinking i'll continue where i left off questing then it hit me. "You dont have enought Kinah to port?" cmon wtf really? Can a GM help me out? i dont have a screen shot of the total amount i have cause i didnt know this kind of stuff can happen in 2 days in a row. My character name is "omishi"

First day i lost around 15m after i put them into share warehouse and now i lost another 16m after doing some more quest with kinah reward Thinking i can transfer it to my alt for a head start. But now i'm sitting here with only 1 kinah left after a crash. Lunatic i know 16M is not a lot but with those combine they are about 30millions and since This is my first time playing Aion. i have no idea where to farm or how to get my foot back on track. I do everything with quest that reward me with kinah. Man please tell me the GM here know about this bug or can track character log.

yeah i feel you guys pain for losing something so much you guys worked hard for. Well i manage to dig out some prove. Logged into the website account and check my char inventory. And it showed that the kinah is there. But is not in game. And also showed i have 1 kinah left.

 

I think that 1 kinah respresents another item (bug) and because of that the real kinah (the 16m) isnt showing up...

 

damn any idea of what i should do?

 

well i got all my kinah back not sure how, But I needed some kinah so went and voted on the site. Suddenly when i check the player inventory my 16m plus whatever i get from voting is back. Woot! This time im gonna screenshot everytime i earn a large amount of kinah.

 

Sorry for intervening here, but I'm a bit confused to be honest.
I've read the first topic with the 30b cap the GM posted but didn't really understand: so the kinah cap is 30b, does that mean if we get over 30b ALL of the kinah you have will be lost?
And another thing, if I got, f.e. , 10b on each character and I have a total of 3 characters with 10b does this mean every kinah from the characters will be lost?
Btw I only got 7, 450, 000 kinah don't really think it's even close to being a billionaire but I'm trying to prevent being a victim.

i had only 8 mill and got taken down to 3 mill... i think its safe to say we're not safe at any amount of kinah lol
