    Report the player in in-game reports section. However, the following screenshot isn't enough to proof that the player has tried to scam you.

    Exactly, it is NOT enough.
    1) I can't see the player changing WOC1 into WOC with no level.
    2) I don't really see any conversation of you two dealing or stuff. Maybe you just told him to put his WOC in trade and then report him? Who knows?

    So get more proofs or either way I'm sure the report will be denied. Good luck.

    True i even became an officer once with App set ahahaha.. :D even killed a gov with App set ahaaa what a inspiring and memorable memories.. :D plus everybody must take a step in these ladders starting from being weak to pro's..
