My aacount freezes in the server selection and My posts get erased?

Hi Evdy,
I donated 190 dls to the server got an ABG Full set and weapon, I asked a GM to help me remodel my armor and he was unable to assist me, I disconnected and when i tried conecting again it told me I was already logged in, this lasted a couple of days.

Now it lets me get all the way to the server but i can't pass further but funny enough only with that account


i asked for help i left earlier today a POST in this same thread and Guess what? it got erased what is happening? why won't any GM answer my mails? why not instead of erasing my posts they help me get my account back?



PPL this Server is very fun but it crashes a lot and the donations well you loose ur account, no help getting you back in,so ... what are the donations used for????

i got the same problem... but mine just started this morning...

 

Some armors can't be remodeled, not even GM's can do it... This also follows with dyes!

Your current problems are quite hard to find a solution, it's mainly your end and not the server (sometimes). For example "Your account is currently logged in", the server thinks your logged in and playing, but your actually not... Which either means you lost connection to the server, or the server crashed.

Usually when the server crashes it will close all connections, but never really "turn off"(Most of the time, depends on error), and the only solution is to completely turn off all the server and turn them back on so it will refresh.

 

Have u tried anythin on ur end to solve the problem?

 

so i cant get back my account? you cant fix it? and i can never play Gamez Aion on that account?

look i really put a hard time on this server doing alnighters to get a set for me to +15 and sell to earn kinah and in just 1 mistake its our end? heres my thread

You probably have to wait till a new hard restart, or hope that sooner or later it will drop your idle connection to allow you back on... Be patient a little longer and see what happeneds

 

Reinstalling gamezaion should fix this problem or try a repair then reinstall gamez

 

what do you mean by ideal? all my characters in the game CP are offline....

@boobees i tried logging in to 5 different computers and different IPs i still cannot connect

first of all thank you Kaeda for taking the time to respond to our problem, now as you may know we have invested time and money into our accounts and at least for myself the money i donated is not the issue but not been able to take advantage of the items i got from the donation is. not to mention that i can't play and all my budies are inside the game waiting for me so if i may:

what kind of solution do you propose?
when will the server have a clean restart so we can log in?
can you credit a new account with the credits to rebuild our toons?

will a /flushdns command work in this situation?

 

not sure what that is but the issue is that we can't even log in

boobees let us know if it helped? I think if what it takes is a total reset then maybe they can do that so that the ppl with this issue can get it resolved

how would i know if this would work? im not having this problem so if I do it i won't be able to tell u if it worked or not. i was just suggesting it might help solve ur problem. so u need to do it not me.

look flushdns wont work for us because i tried logging in other account it will login smoothly.... so im rest assured that it is our accounts that are ineed of help...

 

Well We need to get this resolved ASAP can't they just create a duplicate account for us to log in? and erase the old or something?

tried that one too but he just ignores it....

 

what HAS happened ??? its been 2 weeks now? Am i never gonna see my account again? WOW do not donate money ppl they do nothing for you when u can't log in|!!!!!!
