You simply have to wait and refresh the site page until the "Active player transfer" message is gone. You don't log in before that.

But yea if you had your inventory completely full that might have been the problem.

 

again, credits have been refunded. this is the 3rd time im going to retry, can any gamez staff member help me with ensuring that this one gets through?

 

Follow the instructions strictly and don't transfer with full WH/Inventory. Worked fine for me.

 

I've followed it stricly. Deleted all mails, left legion, drained ap, 2 empty inventory cubes. About the warehouse, how much slots of warehouse do I need to free up?

 

At least a row or 2.

/Edit: Also if you leave 2 empty cubes of your inventory, make sure you don't have any items in the special cube. Because items in the special cube actually occupies space on the main inventory. In case you don't know.

 

Okay, freed 2 rows on warehouse and cleared the special cube. Going to try now.

20 minutes after, i login on gamez site and it still says you have an active player transfer.

 

DO NOT attempt logging in the account. Give it some more time. Should process it. >.>

I didn't login the client but in the gamez webpage, where in u said to check if it still says you have an active player transfer. But yeah, going to logoff now for lunch to give it more time.

huhuhu, I really don't know why it won't go through. I keep doing everything you guys say to me but still fail.

One question I have, does equipped gears count in the inventory cube? Maybe thats one of the reasons.

oh wth... 30 minutes ago I had the refunded credits when I checked, I logged in game to fix some stuffs and retry, but when I relogged on gamez site my credits are gone and I have an active player transfer when I didnt even do a thing?

 

Hmm.. Try logging in again and see if the character has been transfered or not o.o

 

Nonono, I didnt do the transfer. So who did what is this madness q.q

I logged in to cancel the transfer, who knows what is being transferred T_T and where to. Something, someone did it automatically or whatever. So weird!

Honestly just make a new toon and just expand its inventory. It's how I did it and it worked just fine. (I had no items equipped too)
