Problems on my Items !

Camila, I am here to say that due to the restart which took a few minutes or hours ago, my items sumirar (ALL GONE), Woc my lvl 1 Spear + DDL HAC, Accessories AC, and my Set, print these are evidence that I was equipped with my items before I log off for server restartar finally, I talked to cantrix, he asked if I had proof that my items are gone right, and they are there, these are the tests that I had my items, and everything most everything and now got nothing, or scrolls, pots, foods, etc ...
I wonder if you can help me, because it is so hard ne, I play for years, and because of a restart this happens to me, please help me there.

this thing it s happen when u dont log off before server restart......is bad luck i can say...gl to get em back...at last u still have the skills
