Nenemimi Headband

    Ok so I bought a Nenemimi Headband and skinned it on an archon circuit. Passed it to a different acct and skinned it on a primal spirit. Now it only shows the archon circuit. Is this a bug or what? Is there anyway to get my headband back? Especially since this has to be a game glitch and they are very expensive for just a costume item.

    The skin remodel npc is bug atm if you remodel an item that already skin into another items. I advice to you if you want to remodel just get the original so that it will be skin perfectly. Also about the refund they will not refund it unless if you have valid prof like Video or screenshots.

    Just looked, and it doesn't seem to add the item that you purchase in the character history now. Is this correct and if so why would that be changed?

    As stated above, we would need a proof to take actions.

    Also, the remodel bug has been known for a while now. I'm rather surprised there are still players that don't know about it. I'm sorry you had to find out the hard way.

    If you have any proofs such as Screenshots or Video of the process, please post them.

    Ok so nothing will be done. That's fine but for the future incidents it would be a good idea to make so that purchases are listed in our history. Kinda like giving us a receipt. I wasn't aware that purchases don't list anymore. Taking ss of everything we purchase doesn't work either because I have seen responses on here saying those ss could have been taken months ago etc etc. If the players video every time they change gear, make a purchase, or whatever then more time will be spent making video's than playing. There needs to be a real solution to issues like this. After all, most of the things I have I have donated for and my money is just real to me as it is to the person receiving it. For those who would say the key word is donate I beg to differ since the only thing I get is more lag everytime we have an update. Apologies if this offends you but the truth is the truth and nothing changes that. No Im not mad but I do expect a little more professionalism here since real money is being spent.

    I meant a screenshot of the remodeling fail. Not of the purchase.

    EDIT: As for the rest, my ping/lag has not increased. Not before, not now, not ever.

    I agree. Please fix bugs and also we need a proof of purchase(receipt thing) whenever we buy somethings. We, DONATORs are your valued customer we make your game run for years so I believed that we have the right to say what we want/complain about the game. I already donated like $500.00+ US dollars for me to have a good items.

    Yes I know but if I had a receipt I could prove I purchased it and I had no idea the remodeler was scammer :p lol

    Technically, yes. But, even if you had that receipt, it wouldn't change anything. You have a proof you bought the item but no proof you didn't just trade it to someone. You know what I mean right? :)

    Yes I know what you are saying. Its still wrong that we are being forced to take the loss since it clearly is the servers fault. Having to come to the forum and read thru all the post is exhausting and so time consuming. Just put a sign over the npc's head that says remod at ur own risk... that should be warning enough for us. ))

    While I understand you are annoyed the very least. I would be too if it happened to me, but imagine if everyone started claiming they lost their remodel in the process. How do we sort out the ones lying from the ones telling the truth? Can't just run around giving people every remodel they say they lost. =)

    I agree and that is why I suggest doing something with the npc... reading the forum isn't a requirement for playing games online. People cant think of every problem that could possibly go wrong or could miss a post if they do read the forums. There needs to be a solution that is fair to everyone and not just server side. Your argument is why should u take the loss basically.... but so is mine. Not being argumentative just saying that solutions should have been thought of long ago out of respect for ppl's hard earned dollars.

    I don't recall anyone blaming a gm or am. I don't recall suggesting they told us to donate. In fact I am sure I didn't. They are here to answer question however. Please don't start with a bunch of flaming on this thread. All I want is to try to find a way for ppl not to have to experience this again. How long do you think a server would be up if not for donators? Do you think it is free? Just think of it this way... we donate so you can play.

    Its a retail feature. Even though i also personally dont like it, it is the way it is. Staffs here told us that they'd talk to alente/devs in order to have it changed to the way it was before. But i repeat, its a retail feature which does not allow 1 time remodels to be remodeled more than once. Though you can always remodel other items as many times as you please.
