Need clarification about the angel wings

The angel wings say "used to modify the appearance of your gear for 30 days". Now in simple english this means: You can remodel it onto your wings and the remodel is going to stay for 30 days.

But.. some people say that the wing WILL DISAPPEAR if you dont remodel it within 30 days and if you remodel it then the remodel is going to stay forever. This doesnt make sense but i believe it could be true since some of the people who confirmed this were AM's who have had the wings for awhile.

But still

Can anyone please clarify this?

I dont feel like losing 5k credits because of a mistake. And im sure many others are wondering as well.

Yea, I was in the thread discussing it with the rest of the staff. If you do not remodel them onto anything, they disappear after 30 days. If you do remodel them, the skin stays forever

They basically chose to ignore durations when remodeling

 

I see, but lmfao the wing clearly states that it will disappear IF YOU REMODEL IT (so technically this would mean that as long as you dont remodel it, you can keep it forever). What the hell? Is this a gamezaion thing or its like that even in retail?

I'm still waiting for mine to vanish, but I honestly don't remember when I gave myself them.

As for AM's who have had them for longer than 30 days. You have to take into account the fact that if there is something we like on our AM's we typically have it even if it is an expiring item. I mean, I always have 2x Divine Fort Seal rings for my AM Toons....

 

On the topic of those 30days wings, are they tradeable without VIP?

 

The wings I believe can be traded without VIP and as far as I know if you remodel them, you can keep them forever and they will not disappear.

 

Interesting, because all other wings ingame cannot be traded without VIP. Going to spend my friend's credit if they can be traded then =]

 

You are right, every wings need VIP. I asked higher staff members and they said this angel wings need VIP too.

Angel wing does not require vip because its just a simple white modification item.

 

What is not tradeable in the current special store?

 

Everything 'should' be trade-able. If there is something that seems to not be, shoot me a PM and I'll see if it is supposed to be that way or not, and if it is supposed to be trade-able. I will shoot a message to Alente, or Carl whoever I see first =p

 

Everything's tradeable as far as i know, i even tested it with the ap boost charm.

The only thing that i havent tested are the kisks, but who's gonna waste credits on kisks anyway? Silly.

GF got one on retail, not sure from where, think some event bag reward

Can still kill them with aoes if you know where people spawn (as in a red dot pops up on your minimap, you know it is there)

 

The thing is, you cannot find the kisk on the map until it is knocked out of hide, or I think it can be seen with Hunters / All seeing eye.

Even if there is a little dot from someone spawning on a map, there is about a 50/50 chance the kisk is there or not lol
