i can't get in into the game

    why when i enter the game then suddenly the screen is totaly black, and i can't play it....can someone plz tell me why

    maybe you have another application running on full screen and you switch back to your aion your clients screen is black, happens to me all the time.. but dunnow if we have same case

    i already uninstall the game and redownload it again, and when i enter the game and type my account and pass it say's you're disconnected to server? can someone tell me what is the problem whit it?
