    Wing of circle 2 users don't need atk speed scroll to atk fast. The attack speed caps. ^ u should really stop double posting :p

    o really woc2 dint need to use courage,,,so u mean woc2 user that use courage are noob i have friends use woc2 but still they use courage,,,dont be so defensive men im just knowing it

    He didn't even type the word 'noob', calm down, even that Wings of the Circle Level 2 gives you enough attack speed to reach the cap, when any enemy put any debuff on you to "reduce your attack speed", you lose the cap and you have to raise it again by using attack speed scrolls or buffs, that's why we use it ;p
