Aion Launcher problem.

Hi everyone.Pls i need help.So i instaled the game like it says on the main page:
Account Registration
Create your Account Click Here to Register

Download and Install Aion
1. Download & Install NCSoft Launcher Click Here
2. Make sure the Region is North America (File->Settings->Advance) in your NCSoft Launcher.
3. Install Aion using the NCSoft Launcher

Connecting to Gamez Aion
1. Download & Install Gamez Aion Launcher.
Click Here
2. Run Gamez Aion Launcher to connect!

I did everything it says.But when i try to Run the game i get this error. "Please reinstall GameZAion with the correct path, aion.bin not found!"

So if anyone got this problem when tryied to install it and then fixed it pls help

Install the Gamez Launcher inside Aion folder.

 

Install the Gamez Aion Launcher in the exact folder where you installed Aion using the NCsoft folder, which usually is it > C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion

 

On 32bit systems xd on 64bit ones it is C:\Program Files (x86)\NCsoft\Aion xD

I've seen people on 64bit systems install it in C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion and it gave them the same error anyways because that's not where the game is lol

 

Thats exactly how i did and still get the same error

But anyway, my folder is at D:\Aion xD

Yea but im on 32bit system.Dont have the 64bit.

 

Try to find where the NCsoft launcher installed Aion, I can help you through teamviewer with that xd

 

Double check and i dont have like he said.Just 32bit.

My game is in C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion

 

Can you try to run Retail server then? See if that works. I'm confident you just installed the Gamez launcher at the wrong place.

 

Do this, install the Gamez Aion Launcher in one random folder in your desk, then cut and paste all the files inside that folder into the Aion folder

 

I install now TeamView and let u see.

 

Check Aion\bin32\ to see if aion.bin is there. Some programs love to delete it or kill the process. If you have Iobit malware fighter installed, get rid of it.

The error can also show up when your aion.bin is missing, even if you choose the right location xD

Seems like the problem was he stopped the download while the NCsoft was extracting the .ncpatch files, so he didn't had aion.bin

 

Meaning clicking "Repair / Update" will fix the problem, yes?

 

At that point Repair wouldn't appear, and even clicking in "Play now" would make the downloading/extracting/checking files window of NCsoft pop up.

 

That's interesting. Haven't heard of that one before. Usually they just mess up the location of the Gamez Launcher.

What do you mean repair wouldn't appear? When you right click Aion in NCSoft launcher, repair and update are both there. How would it not appear?
