Chanter crit?

I'm Currently a chanter 1118 crit strike that's with mantras and a crit strike scroll.

I'm just wondering if that's to-much or just about right?

and yeah Ik chanters are best as MR build - I got 2 sets tho offensive and support.

Isn't have abit extra good tho? Seen as glads got strike fortitude ( sw ) which lowers crit strike.

 

strike fortitude isnt the same as strike resist, strike fortitude reduces the dmg when u recive a crit. D:

even if ur crit is at 1.1k, it wont crit any more than 950.
The only class having over crit is good, is templar since more crit means more random damage proc even if ur crit chance is capped

It really is a waste. You hurt even with no crit and attack, now imagine if you actually get some of that. (Some attack over so much crit)

 

best attack set for chanter is mb/ ma you prob think im joking til you try it urself ;3.

 

where's chibby when u need him........ but anyway 800-900 crit will be enough to crit almost every hit. If your ping is really low, u can just go fully decked out Magic resis and let ur speed and buffs make up ur dps .

 

I'm 25 ms speed isn't that much of an Issue.

I got 2x sets one for defense ( full mr ) and one for dps.

I herd attack is ridiculous for chanter as they don't need dmg/attack they only need ma & crit.

u can do this. 1 set Full magic resist for playing defense, and Ma/crit on another set. Ma/crit chanters on siel can be pretty deadly. I still think 970 crit is alittle high. if ur gonna stack crit keep it around 950 max.. i would suggest u keep ur crit around 900 with scrolls&food and stack more MA since chanters lack alot of MA.

 

ive found chanters really dont need crit at all , i go full ma/ mr on my attack set, i also have a ma/ accu which is like stumble hax...

hmmm, use MA food instead. i think if u use crit food u wont get the exact stats u want. but yeah try to aim for 950 crit with mantra and crit scroll. 950 crit is good enough since ur going for crit build. But it depends how u set up your dual manastones..... its complicated i have to see exactly how u put the manastones in ur set to calculate. You can put how ever u want as long as ur crit is stays 950 w/e works for u.

Btw vasinnabox is right. in open pvp u will notice u will use Mr set more often than ur offensive set. chanters dont really crit at all tbh since u have 25ms

 

go for full mr on defensive/support gears, and MaAcc/MR(dual stat MS) for offensive, u can stun/stumble lock a ranger with that Chanters doesnt nid a high crit. And besides, you can't always use the offensive gears that u have since offensive chanters are good for 1v1 only, this is gamez and u are on siel, expect zerg

 

i also dont notice an increase godstone proc on chanters with ma over mr...weaving on ma or weaving on mr i can keep a godstone effect on someone..and as for stumbles eh...i notice a slight increase in stumble rate ..maybe 25% more with an ma/ accu set so but full mr has stupid high defence so i mean it really is all u need.

 

Attack is useful because chanter is the MUST weave class besides assassin. It is something that you should make a goal to get better at as it is one of the many reasons Chibby is the best chanter I have ever seen play. Doing full perfect weaves with WoC 2 is god damn impressive. It increases your auto attacks damage so significantly that if he got a hold of an attack set, I feel you would be dead before you had time to put up all your buffs.

Crit attack can be extremely deadly for dps. There have been fine suggestions, but make sure it is with mantra + scroll that you are reaching that crit.

 

much better if ur glad or templar w/ a 25ms u can wipe gamezaion in 1 strike......
