I tried reinstall Aion and the Ncsoft launcher: System.InvalidOperationException: Not in readyToInstallState
how do I install it?

 

Open NCSoft and hit update/repair. See if that helps.

 

Doesn't matter if your client version is fully updated I'm currently playing with the latest version and have no issues, shouldn't have to downgrade.

 

There is no update/repair.Only Properties/Install Game thats all.

 

If you've installed it but NCSoft launcher doesn't detect it, right click Aion > properties and navigate the Launcher to the path where you installed Aion.

 

Its okay.But I have not installed the game...i need the full client again and i can't download it with the Ncsoft launcher.

What happens? You log in, it automatically says you're dc'd from the game every time?

 

check you expiry date of any ping reducer you use.....
check you internet line...
other than thats idk... try PM Smartik... also check your ban system on site...

 

after i login i dc everytime :<

 

mybe it is bcos of the ping reducer that u use ... that the status of it is Disconnect ..

 

If he had internet issues he wouldn't be able to post here xD Doesn't seem to be ping reducers either unless he uses RTL or another that is hidden in the background. Battleping and Wtfast would leave a taskbar window

I would say since you are clearly not new here, when did this start happening? What is the last thing you did before it happened? Some basic information would make it much easier to isolate the issue since there are plenty of things that can do this. There is a whole list to check otherwise, but the more you tell us the easier it is to narrow it down.

1. d3d8thk.dll missing from Aion\bin32\
2. Gamez launcher not showing online before you login (connecting to wrong IP, they rotate IPs during DDoS attacks)
3. Bat launcher during DDoS (same reason, they rotate IPs, it is a dead IP at the time)
4. Login server being down
5. Antivirus/firewall/security program blocking the connection
6. Client version out of date
7. Stuck character on a single character account. Logging in with a new account successfully would confirm this.
8. Leftovers of a different private server (I heard of one that recently made its own d3d8thk.dll, meaning you can't log any other private server with it, you would have to delete it and run the gamez launcher, it asks for update, do it and run the game)

And the list goes on xd

 

Client Error need help please

Well i'm trying to log on gamez aion like 5 hours and nothing always get some error -.-

I have downgrade the 4.0 to 3.7 (i guess xD)

but i lauch the gamez and i get the error:

Count the number of files in your bin32 folder, there should be over 50 of them. If you have around 20 it means you screwed up the downgrade and those that werent in the downgrade got deleted. You will have to repair and do it again. I strongly recommend backing up the bin32 folder be4 downgrading a 2nd time just so you won't have to repair every time.

i can't login in the game, i downloaded every stage like the gm said and it still wont let me login, i can login in the website, but when i try to login in the game it says the pasword is wrong or my username i tired all the passwords i would use, all the username, and i even made 3 new accounts just to check all the same thing , i can login on the website, but not the game help me pls!! took me a whole day to download the game and i dont feel like deleteing it so fast its like downloading the game was a wast of time
